Crazy Graphics Card Prices

Came across a couple of mad bargins at lowyat..not the real life mall but the alternate version on the WWW. A couple of great deals to be had;

1. Nvidia 8600 GT - Average card but great price at RM 190 (USD60), this will surely drive down the prices of the 7 series cards for the other sellers on the forum. It's a lelong of graphics cards...



2. ASUS 8800 GTS 640mb (G80 core) - This one is not lelong style, but via a bidding approach. Starting bids are RM400 (USD125)...go go go....from the pic, looks like it was ran in an open rig, should be good for temps.


3. Asus Commando Motherboard (Yes, its not a graphics card) - This is a premium P965 chipset motherboard and part of the Asus Republic of Gamers series, this motherboard old but its all the rage now with overclocking the new series of Intel Wolfdale processors. The guys at XtremeSystems have had good experience OC'ing on this motherboard.
